GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Introduction

The following contractual document sets out the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the various services offered through the website www.blanrental.com, owned by LLUIS BLANCH SA, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER. These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the PROVIDER and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as the USER, who purchases or contracts any of the services available on the website.

The Blanrental.com platform allows users to contract the following services:

  • Motorcycle rental without a guide.
  • Participation in guided motorcycle tours without a rental (the USER provides their own motorcycle).
  • Guided motorcycle tours combined with motorcycle rental.

Each type of service is subject to specific terms and conditions, which are set out in the relevant sections of this document, together with a set of general conditions that apply to all services.

These Terms and Conditions will remain available on the website for the USER to review, download, and retain. They may be amended by the PROVIDER at any time. The version in force at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the USER acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They have read, understood, and accepted the contents of these Terms and Conditions.
  • They have the legal capacity required to enter into this contract.
  • They undertake to comply with the terms set out herein.

These General Terms and Conditions shall remain in force indefinitely and shall apply to all contracts concluded through the PROVIDER’s website.

The PROVIDER declares that it is aware of and complies with the legislation applicable to its business activities and reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally. Such amendments shall not affect the terms and conditions already accepted by the USER at the time a booking was made.

Identity of the Contracting Parties

On the one hand, the PROVIDER of the services contracted by the USER is:

  • LLUIS BLANCH SA, with its registered office at CRTA. NII, 24 – 17458 Fornells de la Selva (Girona), Spain, Tax Identification Number (NIF) A17300914, and customer service telephone number +34 608 721 170.

On the other hand, the USER, who contracts the services through the website by registering with a username and password, is solely responsible for their use and safekeeping and guarantees the accuracy of the personal data provided.

Purpose of the Contract

The purpose of this contract is to govern the contractual relationship for the provision and purchase of services established between the PROVIDER and the USER when the USER accepts these Terms and Conditions during the online booking process.

The services covered by this contract may include:

  • Motorcycle rental (without a guide).
  • Participation in a guided motorcycle tour (without the need to rent a motorcycle).
  • A combined rental + tour package.

The price of each service option will be clearly displayed and accessible on the website, including any optional extras available for purchase, such as helmets, gloves, side panniers, insurance, or an additional rider.

Booking Procedure

To access the services offered by the PROVIDER, the USER must be at least 18 years of age and complete the registration and booking process through the website by creating a personal account using an email address and password.

During this process, the USER will be required to provide personal data, which will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), as described in the website’s Privacy Policy.

The USER is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must notify the PROVIDER immediately of any misuse, loss, or unauthorised access so that the account can be blocked where appropriate.

Booking Process (in accordance with the Spanish Information Society Services Act – LSSICE)

In compliance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the PROVIDER informs the USER that the online booking process on the website consists of the following steps:

  1. General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
  2. Service activation (depending on the selected option: rental, guided tour, or combined package).
  3. Right of withdrawal and cancellation policy.
  4. Complaints and online dispute resolution.
  5. Force majeure.
  6. Jurisdiction.
  7. General information about the offer.
  8. Prices and validity period of the offer.
  9. Transport or delivery costs (where applicable).
  10. Payment methods, fees, and discounts.
  11. Purchase process.
  12. User obligations.
  13. Severability and suspension or termination of the contract.
  14. Guarantees and refunds.
  15. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the booking or purchase of any service offered by the PROVIDER through the website—whether motorcycle rental, participation in a guided motorcycle tour, or a combined package of both—constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

These Terms and Conditions become binding from the moment the USER places a booking or order through the website using the available booking methods. Acceptance is deemed to occur when the USER ticks the corresponding acceptance box during the booking process.

No terms or conditions proposed by the USER shall prevail over those established by the PROVIDER unless expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER. The acceptance of any specific or individual terms shall not affect the validity of these General Terms and Conditions with respect to any provisions that have not been expressly modified.

2. SERVICE ACTIVATION

The website’s automated booking system allows the USER to check the availability and pricing of the services offered by the PROVIDER, including motorcycle rentals, guided motorcycle tours, and combined rental-and-tour packages.

During the booking process, the USER may select the desired services as well as any available optional extras (such as insurance, helmets, gloves, an additional rider, side panniers, etc.) and complete payment immediately using the payment methods available on the platform. Where payment by bank transfer is selected, the transfer must be completed within 48 hours for the booking to be confirmed.

The activation of any service, whether a rental, tour, or combined package, is subject to effective confirmation of payment. Once payment has been verified, the PROVIDER will send the USER an email confirming the booking, provided that availability exists. In the case of customised tours, this confirmation may require prior communication between the parties in order to define the tailor-made experience.

Failure to Perform the Distance Contract

If, for reasons beyond the USER’s control, the PROVIDER is unable to activate the contracted service within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of booking (for example, due to the unavailability of a vehicle, guide, or route), the USER will be informed and shall be entitled to cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid, without additional costs or penalties.

In the event of an unjustified delay by the PROVIDER in refunding the amount paid, the USER may claim twice the amount paid, in accordance with Article 110 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (RDL 1/2007).

The PROVIDER shall not be held liable if the activation of the service does not take place due to errors in the information provided by the USER (for example, false, incomplete, or incorrect information supplied during the booking process).

3. CANCELLATIONS (Right of Withdrawal)

Withdrawal form: https://Blanrental.com/formulario-solicitud-desistimiento.pdf

The USER has a period of 14 calendar days from the activation of the booking or from the conclusion of the contract (whichever occurs first) to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide justification and without incurring any penalty.

If the PROVIDER has failed to comply with its obligation to provide information and documentation regarding this right, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be extended up to 12 months after the expiry of the initial withdrawal period (Article 71 of Law 3/2014).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

  • When the service has been fully performed and the USER has expressly agreed to the start of the provision of the service, expressly waiving their right of withdrawal once the service has been completed.
  • For personalised services or services tailored to the USER’s specific requirements, such as customised tours.
  • In contracts that establish a specific date or period for performance, such as multi-day motorcycle rentals, tours scheduled for a specific date, or other services related to leisure activities.
  • In the case of services subject to economic fluctuations beyond the PROVIDER’s control.

Cancellation Procedure

Any cancellation or request to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated to the PROVIDER, indicating the invoice or booking number, either through the designated form or by email at guillem@blanmoto.com

Cancellation Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 15 calendar days before the service start date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made 15 days or less before the service start date: the booking amount will not be refunded.
  • If specific expenses have been incurred at the USER’s request (e.g., hotel bookings, guides, insurance, etc.), these costs will not be refundable.

In the case of combined trips subject to special conditions (flights, external accommodation, charters, etc.), cancellation fees shall be adjusted according to the specific terms agreed upon and will be communicated to the USER before the contract is concluded.

Modifications or Cancellations by the Provider

The USER may cancel the booking without penalty if the PROVIDER makes significant changes to the essential elements of the service (route, accommodation, dates, or vehicle) and does not offer alternative solutions of equivalent quality.

Likewise, the PROVIDER may unilaterally cancel the service if the minimum number of participants required is not reached (where this requirement is expressly stated in the offer). In such cases, the USER shall be entitled to a full refund without penalty, provided that they have been notified at least 10 calendar days in advance.

4. COMPLAINTS

Any complaint that the USER considers appropriate shall be handled as soon as possible and may be submitted through the following contact details:

Postal address: LLUIS BLANCH SA, CRTA. NII, 24, 17458 FORNELLS DE LA SELVA (Girona), Spain)
Telephone: +34 608 721 170
Email: guillem@blanmoto.com

5. FORCE MAJEURE

In situations of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as the existence of serious security issues at the destination that may affect the performance of the combined trip, the USER may terminate the contract before the start of the trip without incurring any penalty.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfil its contractual obligations when such failure is due to force majeure events. In such cases, the performance of the contract shall be suspended until the force majeure situation has ceased.

6. JURISDICTION

The USER may not assign, transfer, or convey the rights, responsibilities, or obligations acquired through the contracting of the PROVIDER’s services.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or impossible to enforce, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses, which shall remain fully in force.

The USER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

7. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE OFFER

The specific details of each combined trip, including the elements included such as the route, accommodation, duration, optional services (such as guides, meals, or additional equipment), and any other particular features, are clearly described on the PROVIDER’s website and may vary depending on the type of service contracted (motorcycle rental, tour with the user’s own motorcycle, or tour with motorcycle rental).

Bookings may be supplemented with additional services indicated at the time of contracting, such as riding equipment (helmets, gloves, etc.), optional insurance, or guide assistance. Some of these services are subject to availability and may involve an additional cost, as indicated in each product description.

All sales and bookings made by the PROVIDER shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. No modification, alteration, or agreement contrary to the commercial offer of LLUIS BLANCH SA or to the provisions set out herein shall have any effect unless it has been expressly accepted in writing by the PROVIDER, in which case such specific agreements shall prevail.

The PROVIDER reserves the right to introduce technical improvements or minor variations to its services that do not substantially affect the essential content of the contracted combined trip or its value. Such modifications shall also be valid in cases where, due to circumstances beyond the PROVIDER’s control, the conditions initially planned are affected.

8. PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER

The prices indicated for each service (motorcycle rentals, guided tours, or customised tours) include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. They do not include tourist taxes, fuel refuelling costs, late return penalties, or additional services such as helmets, gloves, comprehensive insurance with a reduced excess, or other available extras, unless their inclusion is specifically stated in the reserved product.

The prices applicable to each service are those published on the website and are expressed in euros. The USER acknowledges that the economic value of the services may vary in real time, particularly depending on demand, availability, or the specific characteristics of a customised service.

Before completing the purchase, the USER may check all details of their quotation online, including the contracted services, quantities, prices, availability, charges for extras, discounts, taxes, and the total purchase amount. Prices may be modified until the booking has been formally confirmed.

Once the booking has been confirmed, the price shall remain unchanged even if the service is not immediately available, unless the PROVIDER offers an alternative under equivalent conditions, subject to mutual agreement with the USER.

In the case of combined trips (tours including accommodation), the price may only be modified if this possibility is expressly established in the contract and for duly justified reasons, such as changes in transport or accommodation costs. Under no circumstances may the price be increased within the 20 days prior to the start of the service. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, the USER may terminate the contract without penalty.

If the combined trip undergoes a substantial alteration to any of its essential elements after the contract has been concluded, the USER shall be entitled to terminate the contract or accept an alternative proposed by the PROVIDER at no additional cost.

The PROVIDER shall be responsible for technical errors attributable to its booking system, as well as for errors made during the booking process when it has accepted responsibility for managing the reservation directly. The PROVIDER shall not be liable for errors attributable to the USER or for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances.

Any payment made to the PROVIDER will result in the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered USER or the company name provided during the booking process. The invoice will be sent by email after confirmation, without the need for a prior request. If the USER wishes to receive it in another format or through another channel, they may expressly request this.

For any information regarding the booking, the USER may contact customer service by telephone at 608 721 170 or by email at guillem@blanmoto.com

9. TRANSPORT COSTS

There are no transport costs.

10. PAYMENT METHODS, CHARGES, AND DISCOUNTS

The PROVIDER allows the USER to pay for their booking using the following methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • Bank transfer (only upon request and outside the website)

The payment gateway platform used is Stripe, which ensures transaction security through SSL encryption and strong authentication.

During the online booking process, the USER will be able to view a real-time breakdown of the total price, including:

  • Rental or tour amount
  • Cost of selected extras (such as helmet, gloves, insurance, etc.)
  • Applicable taxes

No surcharges or commissions are applied based on the selected payment method, nor are automatic discounts offered in connection with it.

Invoice and Receipt

Once payment has been confirmed, a payment receipt is provided to the USER. Following confirmation of payment, the system automatically generates a digital proof of contracting, which is accessible to the USER. The invoice is subsequently sent to the email address provided during the booking process. The USER may expressly request it at any time.

Available Extras

The USER may add a series of fixed-cost extras to their booking, such as:

  • Helmet: €5/day.
  • Gloves: €5/day.
  • Side panniers: €7 (one-time payment).
  • Comprehensive insurance with excess: price depending on the model (tiered at €300, €600, or €900).
  • Additional rider: free of charge.
  • Local guide: price to be agreed depending on the route.

These extras are subject to availability, except for insurance, which is offered as an option on all bookings.

11. PURCHASE PROCESS

Basket (Quotation Simulation)

The purchase and booking process through the Blanrental website is adapted to the type of service contracted by the USER. In all cases, the booking shall not be considered binding until the PROVIDER expressly confirms availability and validates the payment.

a) Motorcycle Rental Without Tour

The process is carried out entirely online and consists of the following steps:

  1. Selection of Dates and Pick-up/Return Location: The pick-up and return points are selected (currently Honda – Blanmoto Girona), as well as the duration of the rental.
  2. Choice of Motorcycle Model: The system displays the available models according to the selected dates and the corresponding price.
  3. Optional Extras: The USER may add the following additional services to their booking:
    1. Comprehensive insurance with reduced excess (€20 one-time payment).
    1. Helmets (€5/day).
    1. Gloves (€5/day).
    1. Side panniers (€7 one-time payment).
    1. Additional rider (free of charge).
  4. Customer Details: The customer’s personal information and driving licence details are collected.
  5. Confirmation: The booking summary is reviewed with all items broken down (base price, extras, taxes, etc.).
  6. Payment: Payment is made by credit card or Bizum through the secure Stripe payment gateway.

Once the payment has been processed, the system automatically sends an email to the USER containing the details of their booking. In addition, a mandatory security deposit is established (shown in the booking summary), which is blocked and released after the vehicle is correctly returned.

b) Guided Tour with Motorcycle Rental

This service combines a guided tour along predefined or customised routes with the rental of a motorcycle. The booking process is carried out through a hybrid system (partly online and partly assisted by the Blanrental team):

  1. Tour Selection: The USER chooses the itinerary (Costa Brava, Pyrenees, Rural/Off-Road, or customised).
  2. Booking Request: A form is completed with the desired dates, number of participants, and contact details.
  3. Motorcycle and Extras Selection: The motorcycle is selected, and additional services may be added, subject to availability (equipment, insurance, picnic, etc.).
  4. Confirmation and Validation: The PROVIDER contacts the USER to confirm the availability of places, vehicle, and accommodation.
  5. Payment: A payment link is provided, or a bank transfer is arranged. In both cases, payment must be made within the agreed deadlines.
  6. Final Confirmation and Documentation: Once payment has been received, the PROVIDER sends the tour programme, route plan, terms and conditions, and the required documentation.

In some tours, a minimum number of participants may be required. In such cases, if this minimum number is not reached, a full refund or rescheduling without penalty will be offered.

c) Guided Tour with Own Motorcycle

When the USER wishes to participate in a guided tour using their own motorcycle, the process is as follows:

  1. Tour Selection: The itinerary is selected, or a customised tour is requested.
  2. Registration Form: The USER provides their personal details and the technical information of the motorcycle.
  3. Selection of Extras: Optional services such as accommodation, a private guide, insurance, or a picnic may be added.
  4. Confirmation: The PROVIDER reviews the request and confirms the booking.
  5. Payment: Payment is made via Stripe or bank transfer.
  6. Documentation: The USER receives all the information required for participation, including the guide’s contact details and pre-tour recommendations.

The USER agrees that their motorcycle complies with the legal requirements for road circulation and accepts responsibility for any eventuality related to its use during the tour.

Specific Motorcycle Rental Conditions

These conditions apply exclusively to the motorcycle rental service offered by the PROVIDER, whether as an individual product or as part of a guided package travel arrangement.

Driver Requirements

The USER declares and guarantees that they meet the following requirements:

  • Holds a valid driving licence in Spain for the type of motorcycle being rented.
  • Has sufficient experience riding the requested vehicle.
  • Is not prohibited from driving by any administrative or judicial decision.
  • Accepts that the motorcycle may only be ridden by them or by persons expressly authorised by the PROVIDER.

Condition of the Vehicle and Accessories

The PROVIDER shall deliver the motorcycle in perfect working order, clean, with a full fuel tank, and with the contracted accessories (helmet, gloves, panniers, etc.), where applicable. The USER agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear resulting from use.

Any damage, loss, or extraordinary dirt will be assessed by the PROVIDER and may result in an additional charge deducted from the security deposit.

The vehicle includes mandatory third-party liability insurance included in the rental price, in accordance with current regulations. This insurance covers damage caused to third parties arising from the use of the vehicle.

Proper Use of the Vehicle

The USER agrees to use the motorcycle in accordance with current traffic regulations and the following conditions:

  • Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that may impair your ability.
  • Do not allow the motorcycle to be ridden by unauthorised third parties.
  • Do not use the vehicle for competitions, commercial transport, or outside the legally permitted scope of use.
  • Do not ride on unpaved roads, unless expressly authorised (guided off-road routes).

Inspections and Penalties

Any administrative penalty, fine, or expense arising from improper use of the vehicle during the rental period shall be fully borne by the USER, even if it is notified after the vehicle has been returned.

The PROVIDER may provide the USER’s details to the competent authorities in the event of infringements or legal requirements.

Geolocation

All motorcycles are equipped with geolocation devices installed exclusively for the purpose of locating the vehicle in the event of an incident or theft. These devices do not store or transmit journeys or routes and are not used for tracking purposes or for analysing the rider’s behaviour.

Deposit and Excess

The USER must provide a mandatory security deposit (displayed when making the reservation), which will be held as a guarantee of proper use and the return of the vehicle in good condition. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of 72 hours after the vehicle is returned, unless there are incidents or outstanding issues.

If the USER contracts fully comprehensive insurance with an excess, this excess shall only apply in the event of damage attributable to the USER and will be deducted from the security deposit or claimed separately.

Incidents and Assistance

In the event of a breakdown, accident, or theft, the USER must immediately notify the PROVIDER’s customer service telephone number. If the vehicle is unable to continue, roadside assistance will be provided or, where possible, a replacement vehicle will be offered depending on availability.

The USER agrees to cooperate in managing the accident report, including any damage caused to third parties.

12. USER OBLIGATIONS

The USER agrees to comply at all times with these General Terms and Conditions, as well as with any specific instructions received from the PROVIDER regarding the use of the contracted services.

In particular, the USER undertakes to:

  • Provide truthful, up-to-date, and complete personal information during the contracting process, and communicate any subsequent relevant changes.
  • Comply with the legal requirements required to use the contracted service, including holding a valid driving licence, having mandatory insurance if providing their own vehicle, and carrying identification documentation.
  • Use the rented vehicle and the other services provided in a diligent and appropriate manner, in accordance with the conditions established in the contract, traffic regulations, and good road safety practices.
  • Do not allow the vehicle to be used by third parties who have not been expressly authorised by the PROVIDER.
  • Refrain from any improper or unlawful use of the vehicle, such as using it in competitions, commercial transport, dangerous activities, or on unauthorised roads.
  • Promptly inform the PROVIDER of any relevant incident during the term of the contract, such as breakdowns, accidents, damage to the vehicle, or loss of accessories.
  • Assume responsibility for payment of administrative penalties, fines, or expenses arising from traffic violations or negligent use of the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Return the vehicle, as well as any additional equipment, at the agreed location, date, and conditions, being responsible for any damage, loss, or extraordinary dirt attributable to the USER.
  • Follow the instructions provided by the guide or organising team when participating in tours, especially those relating to safety, compliance with the itinerary, and group cooperation.
  • Do not obstruct the provision of the service or alter the agreed conditions through inappropriate, unsafe behaviour or actions contrary to public order.

A serious or repeated breach of these obligations may result in the PROVIDER terminating the contract early, with no right to a refund for the USER, without prejudice to any legal actions that may arise.

13. SEVERABILITY AND SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

If any of the clauses contained in these terms and conditions are declared null, unlawful, or unenforceable under the applicable legislation, that provision shall be deemed severable, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions of the contract.

The PROVIDER may temporarily or permanently suspend the USER’s access to its services, either fully or partially, in the event of a breach of any of the obligations set out in this document or of any applicable legal provision, regulation, licence, code of conduct, or usage policy, without the need for prior notice.

The exercise of this right by the PROVIDER shall not limit or exclude the possibility of taking any other legal or contractual actions that may apply as a result of the breach.

14. GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS

The guarantee for services related to package travel arrangements (that is, those that include at least motorcycle rental together with accommodation or a guide) is governed by the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Article 164. Effectiveness and Scope of the Insolvency Guarantee

  1. The PROVIDER has established a guarantee and may adapt it whenever necessary. This guarantee is provided through the contracting of insurance or another financial guarantee, under the terms determined by the competent authority. If the contracted service includes a package travel arrangement with accommodation and a guide, the guarantee shall also cover possible return travel or continuation of the service. The requirement for this guarantee shall, in all cases, be subject to the provisions established in Law 20/2013 of 9 December on the Guarantee of Market Unity.
  2. The guarantee is effective and covers reasonably foreseeable costs. It covers the amount of payments made directly by the USER, or by a third party on their behalf, in connection with package travel arrangements during peak season, taking into account the period between advance and final payments and the execution of such trips, as well as the estimated cost of assistance or return in the event of insolvency. The required coverage may be calculated based on the most recent commercial data, such as the previous year’s booking volume, and must be adjusted if risks increase, particularly due to higher sales.
  3. Insolvency shall be deemed to have occurred when, due to the PROVIDER’s lack of liquidity, the contracted services are no longer carried out, are only partially performed, or cannot be provided, or when the USER is required to make an improper additional payment. In such cases, the guarantee shall be immediately available so that the USER can access the contracted protection, without prejudice to the possibility of offering continuation of the service. Refunds for services not performed shall be made without undue delay upon the USER’s request.
  4. Protection against insolvency shall benefit USERS regardless of their place of residence, the place of departure of the trip, or the Member State in which the service was sold or where the guaranteeing entity is located.
  5. If the performance of the service (a package travel arrangement with or without accommodation) is affected by the PROVIDER’s insolvency, the guarantee shall be activated at no additional cost to the USER, including the necessary assistance or accommodation prior to return, without requiring any advance payment from the USER.

Article 165. Guarantee of Contractual Liability

The PROVIDER has also established a guarantee to ensure compliance with all obligations arising from the service provision contract, particularly in relation to package travel arrangements. In all cases, the USER may directly contact the guaranteeing entity to exercise their right to claim the agreed services or request compensation for defective performance or breach of contract.

The guarantees described in this section do not apply to individual services such as the simple rental of motorcycles or participation in a tour using the user’s own vehicle, unless they form part of a package travel arrangement as legally defined.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in all matters not expressly provided for herein. The PROVIDER and the USER agree to submit any disputes that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Terms to the courts and tribunals of the USER’s registered address.

This contract and all of its terms and conditions are written exclusively in Spanish. No versions in other languages are provided. The USER declares that they understand and accept this language as valid for all legal purposes.

If the USER is domiciled outside Spain, the PROVIDER and the USER expressly waive any other jurisdiction and agree to submit to the Dispute Resolution Body, which shall act as an intermediary between both parties in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, without the need to resort to the courts of law.
